Inspiration & Concept - I started drawing abstract motifs and coloured them in a colour palette I adore which reminded me of the 1960s/70s. The colour palette led me to the use of collage elements found in a book about the 1960s.

Medium & Techniques -  Coloured pencils, paint pens, gouache paint, collage images.

Visual Elements - Abstract shapes, muddy colour palette, photographic image collage, 1960s/70s style.

Process & Execution - I added abstract wheel motifs in gouache, and paired them with the retro lounges, lights and cameras. In this context, the wheels remind me of old fashioned camera film.
